Partner Program Terms

1. Joining the program

Joining is free and there is no approval step: your account is active as soon as you confirm your email address.

• You must be able to enter into a binding contract where you live, and the details you give us must be true and kept up to date.
• One person or business may hold one partner account.
• Zenind may refuse, suspend or close any partner account at any time, including where U.S. sanctions or other laws prevent us from working with you or paying you.

2. Your links and your codes

Your partner link is any zenind.com address with one of your codes added. You get a permanent code when you join, which never changes, and you may add a custom code in your dashboard and change it later. Links with any of your codes keep working while your account is open.

3. What earns a commission

You earn a commission only on a referred customer's first paid Standard or Premium formation order, paid within days of that customer's last click on your link.

• The commission is a share of the package's list price, at the rate of your plan shown in your dashboard when the order is paid. State fees, add-ons, other services and discounts are not part of it.
• Basic formations, orders for other services, and a customer's later orders do not earn a commission.
• On the referral plan, half of the rate is given to your customer as a discount and you earn the other half.

4. Who gets the credit

Zenind's records decide which partner, if any, a customer's order is credited to.

• When a customer clicked more than one partner link, the last partner click wins.
• A click on a partner link wins over a click from an Awin affiliate.
• We remember a click with a cookie. If a customer blocks or deletes cookies, or orders without opening your link, we may not be able to credit you, unless they created their Zenind account while your click was remembered.

5. Self-referrals

You earn nothing on your own orders. An order placed with your partner account's email address, or an order for yourself or a company you own, does not earn a commission.

6. Hold and review

Each commission is held for days after the order is paid. Zenind then reviews it and either approves it, which adds it to your available balance, or rejects it, with the reason shown in your dashboard.

• We may reject a commission whose order was refunded, charged back or disputed, or that does not meet these terms.
• Refunds and chargebacks are taken into account at the review. An approved commission stays in your balance if its order is refunded later.

7. Payouts

When your available balance is at least , you may request a payout of your whole available balance from your dashboard. The amount leaves your balance when you request it.

• Payouts are made in US dollars, by PayPal or as a gift card sent by email through Tremendous, to the payout details in your dashboard when you make the request.
• A request cannot be cancelled. You may have more than one request open at a time.
• Zenind reviews each request before sending it. We may reject a request, for example if it breaks these terms or cannot be delivered. The amount of a rejected request is forfeited and does not return to your balance.
• You are responsible for keeping your payout details correct.
• Commissions already earned are paid at the rate that applied when the order was paid.

8. Taxes

You must give us your legal name and country with your payout details. You are responsible for your own taxes on what you earn.

• If you are in the United States, we may ask you for a Form W-9 before paying you, and you may receive a Form 1099-NEC.

9. How you may promote Zenind

Promote Zenind honestly. The following are not allowed:

• Bidding on Zenind's brand terms, or misspellings of them, in paid search ads.
• Spam: unsolicited emails, messages or comments, or posting your link where it is not welcome.
• Misleading claims about Zenind, its services or its prices.
• Cookie stuffing, forced or hidden clicks, or any other way of recording clicks that the visitor did not choose to make.
• Presenting your link as a coupon or deal on coupon or deal sites.
• Impersonating Zenind, or suggesting that you are Zenind or speak for it.

10. Disclosure

You must clearly disclose your relationship with Zenind wherever you share your link, for example by saying that you may earn a commission. This is required in the United States by the Federal Trade Commission's guidelines on endorsements, and by similar rules elsewhere.

11. Suspension and closing your account

• While your account is suspended, you cannot request payouts.
• If we suspend or close your account because you broke these terms, your unpaid commissions and your available balance are forfeited.
• You may close your account at any time by writing to us. If your available balance is then at least , we pay it out; the rest of your unpaid commissions is forfeited.

12. Changes to the program

We may change the commission rates, the program or these terms. We will tell you by email before a change applies. Commissions already earned keep their rate. If you keep sharing your link after a change applies, you accept it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the same law as Zenind's Terms of Service, and disputes about them are handled in the same way.
